- Your willingness to settle – the fact of the matter is that you 100% control settlement. No case will ever settle unless you approve the settlement. While we will give you our thoughts, advice, and opinion on how to proceed, the settlement is always our client’s choice. Therefore, we will pursue the case as long as it takes unless you instruct us to accept a settlement.
