WEST PALM BEACH, FL–(Marketwired – Aug 20, 2015) – A Palm Beach County jury found that Porsche Cars North America, Inc. breached its written warranty by failing to timely repair various defects and nonconformities in a 2013 Porsche 911 that was leased by Coral Springs resident, Adam Nadler. On August 14, 2015, the jury awarded Mr. Nadler $18,500 in damages. Additionally, per federal law, Mr. Nadler will be able to seek payment directly from Porsche for the attorneys’ fees and costs his lawyers incurred handling this matter. Brent Wikgren, lead trial attorney for Mr. Nadler, who tried this case with his co-counsel, Nicholas Lacina, commented on the jury’s verdict, “This verdict sends a message to all automobile manufacturers that they need to stand behind their products. The excuse that they attempted to fix the vehicle or that a loaner vehicle was provided is unacceptable and not justification for failing to timely repair. Simply put, Mr. Nadler did not get what he paid for. He did not receive reliable and dependable transportation and the jury’s verdict compensates him for his loss.” Mr. Wikgren can be reached by calling Krohn & Moss, Ltd.
