Jeremy Kespohl

Jeremy Kespohl joined the Florida litigation department at Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center® in 2022. Kespohl earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Florida in 1995. Shortly after, he returned to school to earn a Masters of Sports Administration from Florida State University in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2006.

In 2007 Mr. Kespohl was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. That same year, he began a nine-year tenure as an associate attorney at Bromagen & Rathet P.A. During his time there, Kespohl represented Ford Motor Company and other vehicle manufacturers in warranty litigation and conducted dozens of Lemon Law arbitrations. And while employed at Bromagen & Rathet, he taught as an adjunct professor and mock trial team coach at the University of North Florida.

In 2016, Mr. Kespohl started a consumer Lemon Law department at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., one of the nation’s largest personal injury law firms, where he served the people of Florida for over five years. In 2021, continued practicing Lemon Law at Farah & Farah, a well-respected Florida-based firm.

During his short stint at Farah & Farah, Kespohl assisted Krohn & Moss, Ltd. with a challenging Lemon Law case involving a certified pre-owned BMW. Putting his experience to use, Kespohl helped to convince a jury of the legitimacy of our client’s claim, resulting in a generous verdict. Kespohl’s arguments and cross examinations were so effective that the jury asked the judge if they could award additional damages to compensate our client for pain and suffering.

Now an attorney at Krohn & Moss, Ltd., Kespohl continues to serve the people of Florida in Lemon Law and other consumer protection cases. His experience representing manufacturers in such cases early in his career has proven invaluable to his clients and has helped to make him an important part of the Florida litigation department at Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center®.
