James P. Rodriguez

James P. Rodriguez is an associate for the Florida Department of Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Mr. Rodriguez graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in 2016. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2021, graduating cum laude. While in law school, James had the honor of serving as Vice President and Treasurer of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. He also served as a board member of the Student Bar Association, specifically working with Student Disciplinary actions. Prior to joining Krohn & Moss, Ltd. in 2024, Mr. Rodriguez practiced in the areas of estate planning, workers compensation defense and general liability. At Krohn & Moss, Ltd., Mr. Rodriguez concentrates his practice in aspects of consumer litigation inclusive of Lemon Law and breach of warranty. He is licensed to practice law in Florida.
