I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency demonstrated by Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center® and their associates. After describing my situation to the call center I was contacted by attorney Jordan Hammer the following day after. Mr. Hammer handled himself in a professional manner. Mr. Hammer was able to describe my case/options, and answered my questions with clarity. All communications were followed up with an email outline what we had discussed, which I thought was great. He also prepared me that the lead attorney would be Brent Wikgren. Overall I was pleased with my attorneys and their staff, and would recommend Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center® and their associates to friends and family so far.
